PLUMBING

Our yearly inspection includes:

  • Water heater evaluation (tank or tankless)
  • Water softener evaluation
  • Test water softness level
  • Evaluate toilet flappers for leakage
  • Evaluate outdoor spigots for leakage
  • Sump pump evaluation
  • Well system-indoor power contact
  • General plumbing inspection for leaks

SPRING/SUMMER - A/C

Our Cooling Season inspection includes:

  • Cleaning condenser coil
  • Fan motor and compressor operating voltages
  • Test system starting capacitors
  • Refrigerant/Freon levels, and temperatures
  • All electrical wires, connections, and terminals
  • Remove any debris that will interfere with outdoor unit operation.
  • Condensate drain line or pump
  • Tablet in drain pan to prevent algae and mineral build up.

FALL/WINTER - FURNACE

Our Heating Season inspection includes:

  • Heat exchanger
  • Ignitor operations
  • Cleaning flame sensor
  • All electrical safety components
  • Inducer vent motor and piping
  • Gas valve and burners assembly
  • Blower motor and cage Humidifiers

Maintenance Agreement Program

  • The Comfort Club does not include the servicing of boilers or geothermal units.
  • Club discounts cannot be combined with other coupons.
  • During the term of the membership we will take all reasonable precautions to avoid injury to persons and damage to property while on the premises, but we shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages.
  • We shall not be liable for losses or defect arising out of vandalism, fire, flood, wind, war, riots, and acts of God. In such cases, the customer shall be charged for the parts and labor involved at the then current price for such repairs. No such parts or labor shall be furnished, however, without authorization from the customer.
  • Repair and/or replacement parts necessary to correct defects will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be an additional charge and will be due at the time of service.
  • Leak search on air conditioning systems will not have a warranty as described in any plan above.
  • In the event of cancellation, all services and benefits rendered under this agreement shall equal payments received.
  • The Check & Clean services outlined in this agreement will be performed during normal working hours.
  • Other restrictions may apply.

This agreement will automatically renew at the end of each term for another one (1) year term unless one party provides the other party notice of its intent to not renew this agreement. Notice must be given at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.
