I wanted to let you know that the workmanship, pricing, and quality work that was performed by Gilley's was outstanding. The two gentleman you sent were top notch. They did a terrific job. The new plenum, ducting, furnace, and A/C unit all turned very nice. The job was handled professionally, and I didn't even hear one swear word, even when your men had to core the 3 holes thru the 18" thick walls in the pouring drain! I am grateful that I found your company and will highly recommend Gilley's to anyone looking for Heating or A/C. I would like you to give the two enclosed gift certificates to the Der Rathskeller Restaurant to the two fine men who performed the job, and let them know I appreciated the effort. I am also enclosing ten $5 free admission passes to the Forest City Oktoberfest. If you can make it down to the Oktoberfest I would love to buy you a nice cold one. About a week or so ago during
some of our extremely hot weather, my central air
conditioning went on the blink. I made several calls to
companies only to hear three to four days or week, even
after I explained that there was someone in the
house-hold with heart trouble and respiratory problems.
I understood that they were very busy, with the
temperature what it was.
Almost at wits' end, someone said they could squeeze me in the next day. It was Gilley's Heating and Air Conditioning. After two trips to my home and several phone calls later, they fixed the problem, but by this time it was after normal working hours, and they kept working until it was fixed. I would really like to thank Ron Gilley and his very thoughtful staff for being there when I needed them.
We appreciated Chris who came to help us on Christmas Eve. it was late and so cold.
I would like to thank you so much for helping us at St. James. We hope to see you and your staff at the parish center on April 22, 2009 at 7 p.m.. St. James spring card party will always keep you in our prayers.
Thank you for fixing the thermostat last Sunday. The living room is warmer and the thermostat is accurate too. Before when I would set it, the lower number the needle mark was on wasn't the same. It is now. It clicks on when it should and is easier to turn. It has been needing adjusting. I've been keeping warm in spite of the dampness.

You guys are amazing! I am the housekeeper at, the Kishwaukee Community Evangelical Presbyterian Church. When I left the church after cleaning on Monday, April 27, your guys were cutting holes in the restroom's ceilings fro vents.
